Plain cake
I made this cake and covered with fondant icing.
Cooking Instructions

Prepare ingredients. Preheat oven. Cream Sugar and Margarine until pale and fluffy.
- 2
Break the eggs and whisk. Pour into the cream and mix. Also pour in the flavor, and ground nutmeg.
- 3
Now pour in sift flour and baking powder and gradually fold.
- 4
Pour into greased pan and bake in a pre-heat oven.
- 5
Cover with any icing of your choice, here I used fondant.
