Tres Leches Cake

Gather all your ingredients and equipment.

Start by beating the egg whites. Gradually add the sugar while beating until stiff peaks form.

Next, beat the egg yolks.

Gently fold the beaten egg yolks into the egg whites. Mix carefully until combined. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the whole milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan. Heat until it just comes to a boil, then remove from heat.

Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven.

Level the top of the cake and poke holes all over with a fork or skewer to help it absorb the milk mixture. Pour the warm milk mixture evenly over the cake.

Spread whipped cream and chopped strawberries on top.

Add more whipped cream to decorate the cake.

Finish decorating with whipped cream. Your Tres Leches Cake is ready to serve!
