Stir-Fried Chirimen Jako and Green Bell Peppers

Whenever I can get my hands on delicious chirimen jako and freshly picked green bell peppers, this dish pops into my head. It's so easy, I'm not sure if you could actually call it a "recipe" ... It has been popular with my family since it goes very well with rice. Give it a try!
Although there are no particular hints, adjust the amount of soy sauce and the cooking time to taste. Recipe by Ryourinin Shibachan
