A favorite mushroom soup for the kids. It has a smooth and savory taste with hints of nutmeg and oregano. Give it a try!
Cooking Instructions

Prepare the ingredients. Sauté the onion and garlic in butter or margarine until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms, stir briefly, then add the flour. Mix well.

Add the broth and spices. Stir, then cover until it boils.

Once boiling, add the cooking cream. Mix well. Once it boils again, turn off the heat. Remove from the stove and let it cool for 3 minutes. Blend until smooth. Then bring the soup to a boil again. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Ready to serve. (The bread can be plain, cut into cubes, and toasted. Or spread with margarine, sprinkle with cheese, and toast briefly until crispy).
