Ingredients

  1. 8.8 oz (250 grams)button mushrooms, sliced
  2. 1onion, thinly sliced
  3. 3 clovesgarlic, crushed
  4. 3 tablespoonsbutter or margarine
  5. 2 cups(about 500 ml) water or chicken broth
  6. 2 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  7. 1/2 cup(about 100 ml) cooking cream
  8. 1 teaspoonnutmeg (to taste)
  9. 1 teaspoonoregano
  10. 1 teaspoonsalt (to taste)
  11. White bread, cut into cubes, toasted briefly

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients. Sauté the onion and garlic in butter or margarine until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms, stir briefly, then add the flour. Mix well.

    Add the broth and spices. Stir, then cover until it boils.

    Once boiling, add the cooking cream. Mix well. Once it boils again, turn off the heat. Remove from the stove and let it cool for 3 minutes. Blend until smooth. Then bring the soup to a boil again. Taste and adjust seasoning.
