Stir-Fried Marinated Pork with Cucumber

Actually, taking photos and organizing while cooking really requires extra effort. But when I see comments from fellow cooks thanking me for sharing, explaining things clearly, or saying this dish is delicious 😋, it motivates me to keep posting, haha. Indeed, it's hard to go far alone, but with everyone together, we can keep going well. Thank you for everyone's feedback. I've also learned a lot from it 🥰

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients. Slice the cucumber, and finely chop the green onion, garlic, and chili pepper. Slice the pork leg meat into thin pieces.
- 2
Prepare the marinade. Mix the cornstarch with water until smooth, then add soy sauce, rice wine, and black sesame oil to taste. Mix well and marinate for about ten minutes (longer is fine too).
- 3
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chili pepper, and sauté until fragrant. Then stir-fry the cucumber 🥒.
- 4
After two minutes, add the marinated pork slices.
- 5
Continue to stir-fry on low heat until fully cooked. Add the chopped green onion. Once the aroma is released, it's ready to serve ☺️.

Stir-fried Ginger pork with onions Stir-fried Ginger pork with onions
Japanese inspired sliced pork with onions. Infused in a sweet sauce with caramelized onions. Made this as part of a meal prep. I only had a chunk of pork loin in the freezer. Semi-thawing it made it way easier to slice the pork thinly. Learnt something new and love this trick! I made the seasoning stronger as we were pairing it with plain boiled carrots and Bok choy.
