Ingredients

  1. 90 grUnsalted butter
  2. 30 grPowdered sugar
  3. 1 pinchSalt
  4. 70 grCake flour
  5. 70 grCornstarch
  6. 2 tspInstant coffee + 2 gr hot water (½ tsp)

Cooking Instructions

    Preparation: Put the butter at room temperature and wait for it to soften.

    In a large bowl, add powdered sugar and salt to the softened butter.
    mix well.

    Sift in flour and cornstarch stir well.

    Add water to the coffee powder in another small bowl and mix well.
    *Do not add too much water!!!!
    Then add the coffee to the batter and stir well.

    Pour the batter into the squeeze bag. Squeeze out the shape like flower.
    *If you use a plastic squeeze bag, you can use two layers to prevent the squeeze bag broken during the squeezing process.

    Then put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    Preheat the oven at 160°C and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.

    You can enjoy it after cooling down!

Do not… I repeat do NOT add 1 gram of salt 😭😭😭😭 just sprinkle it! It was so salty I almost died
