Vegetable Manchurian gravy

Mix vegetables, onions, corn flour, maida with little water. Add chilli powder n salt. Add chopped green chillies. Add ginger garlic paste.Mix well. Take a kadai with oil. After heating make small ball of batter n drop in oil. Fry well till golden brown.

Once done remove all manchuria balls. Take a wide kadai add oil n add onions n saute. Add capsicum n saute. Once capsicum is soft add water and add 2tbs schezwan chutney n mix well. Add corn slurry n salt. Once it starts boiling add all manchuria balls n cook on low flame. Once you get gravy consistency off the flame. Sprinkle coriander leaves n serve.
