Chicken tender reduction
A rich and easy chicken reduction sauce 😋
Steps

Rinse chicken tenders well in cool water & dice onion

Grill onion & chicken on medium heat in frying pan with 1/2 stick of butter & equal amount of olive oil until golden brown - lightly salt and pepper to taste

Add 1 cup of chicken broth & 1 cup of white wine, bring to a boil and then simmer until liquid reduces by 1/2
- 4
Remove from heat & add 1/4 stick of butter & fresh parsley. Swirl pan until butter melts & serve with rice. Bon appétit!
