Perfectly Boiled Omega-3 Eggs

I found this recipe by experimenting on how to get a perfectly 80%-100% boiled omega-3 eggs for my mom as one of her recommended meals (as it has very high protein) while she was undergoing cancer healing therapy. It'd be better if you can have a 80%-90% boiled eggs because the nutrition in the eggs will have its best condition. Not too raw, not too ripe. But if you have 'em 100% boiled, that'll be fine. You just need to play with the flame size, the water volume, and the cook time you need to experience its best result.

Super Quick! Boiled Eggs Super Quick! Boiled Eggs
One day, when I needed to boil an egg, I put them in with some vegetables I was boiling, and I was amazed. The shells came right off! This is just one of my little theories, and I feel like I owe an apology to my economics teacher. This time, I had 5 successes and 1 failure. But, if you're going to use them chopped, even if a little egg white leaks out, at least the shell comes right off! There is a chance the eggs may crack since they are put in boiling water. For recipes where the shape of the egg is important, boil a little more water than you need. The shock of the difference in temperature will make the shells come right off. Immerse the eggs as gently as possible. For broken eggs, mash them with a whisk or chop them up. Recipe by Okaachan cookpad.japan -

I order the seasoned eggs separately at ramen noodle shops. It's 100 yen each, which is expensive! So I thought of making it at home.Be careful when peeling the eggs. They are very soft. You don't need tons of marinade when you use a ziploc bag and seal the air out. Recipe by Maki Kaoru cookpad.japan -
Perfect Every Time Hardboiled Eggs Perfect Every Time Hardboiled Eggs
For those times when I'm hungry and need a healthy pick-me-up, I often reach for a hard boiled egg, which I try to keep stocked in the fridge at all times. If you're not the type who digs a straight hard boiled egg sprinkled with a little salt and pepper, having hard boiled eggs on hand is also super useful for making deviled eggs or egg salad (and egg salad sandwiches). I also love to add hard boiled eggs to my salads to make them a little heartier.Any eggs will work for this, but eggs that come from chickens raised on pasture are so much more flavorful than standard grocery store eggs. Lastly, you actually don't want to use the freshest eggs you can find because super fresh eggs don't peel easily. I try to "age" my eggs in the fridge for a week or so before I hard boil, which results in easy peeling eggs every time. farmer_ariel
