Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 kgripen tomatoes
  • 1red pepper chopped
  • 2 stalkscelery chopped
  • 2carrots chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspthyme
  • 1/2 tsprosemary
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 pintveg stock
  • 1 tsptomato puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all all ingredients on a baking tray

  2. 2

    Cut tomatoes in half and place on top of cut veg add herbs and salt and pepper sprinkle with olive oil.

    Place in oven @150 until all veg is soft, have a look after an hour and half

    Place all veg in a blender add stock and blend until smooth.
