Steps

First take a bowl add all-purpose flour, sugar, soda, salt & refined oil. Mix all item after that add youghurt & mix well.

After that add water As per required for making soft dough but too much

Then cover for 4 hrs

After 4 hrs divide the dough into equal parts. Roll the dough into circle or oval shape

Then sprinkle kalonji & coriander leaves. After that brush with water at one side over kulcha

Put tawa on a middle flame after that put in low flame then sprinkle water & put kulcha

Then Cover with kadahi dhakkan for 2 min than again uncovered & rotate different side as you make roti for 2 min

After you see colours came in your kulche than brush with butter both the side.

And finally serve hot kulcha with Chole.
