1/2White Onion, Diced
8 OzPlant Based Sausage, Crumbled
2 TbspPlant Based "Butter" or Margarine
2 TbspAP Flour
2 CupsUnflavored Almond Milk
1 TbspHerb Mixture (equal parts rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage)
1 tspKosher Salt
1/2 tspBlack Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tspPaprika
1/4 tspChili Powder

Saute onion, add sausage, and cook.

Add butter and flour to make roux.

Whisk in almond milk and cook to proper consistency.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
