First soak rice vermicelli in hot water for 10min..then strain it.. keep it aside.

Method how to soak rice vermicelli..& strain..

Cut all vegetables into thin strips..cut garlic into small pieces..In pan add oil & saute garlic for a minute..

Add all vegetables & all seasoning

Add cooked mince & mix well cook for 5 min then add rice vermicelli & toss it cook on high flame for 2 min..

Mix & toss it.. enjoy yummy hot
