1 handfulgreen beans
1egg
5cherry tomatoes
1shallot
1little tuna
A fewleaves of green lettuce
A fewanchovies

Hard boil the egg.

Chop all the ingredients into small pieces.

Arrange the ingredients nicely on a plate.

For the dressing, mix olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and pepper. Mix well.

Pour over the salad.
