Chop the spring onions and save a handful for later.

Measure the rice, throw in a sieve and run under a cold tap until the water runs clear.

Put the coconut milk, water, spring onions, kidney beans and seasoning into a pan.

Add the allspice too!

Throw the rice in and simmer for 15 mins, turn down the heat add the lid set o a low heat until liquid is absorbed!! Fork over add fresh coriander! Tuck in !
