In a bowl take curd, gram flour, 1/2tsp turmeric powder, 1/2tsp chilli powder, combine everything together, whisk it for 2minutes,now add 3glasses of water to it, add salt mix well,cook this on medium flame

, it gets thick smooth add slit green chilli cook about 15 minutes until raw smell reduced completely,(adjust the consistency of kadhi by adding little water if needed..)turn off the flame...

For tempering add 2tsp oil in tadka pan on low flame heat up add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,red chilli, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida,1/2tsp turmeric, 1/2tsp red chilli powder stir well add this to kadhi,mix well & it's done..serve with rice/jeera rice...
