In a bowl, mix milk and milk powder well. Once a smooth batter, add condensed milk, curd and again mix.

Now add cornflour in little milk and add to the batter.

Next add jeera powder, caradamom powder and kesar.

Grease a utensil with ghee and pour the batter in it. Steam in cooker without whistle or in a streamer keeping the mixture covered. Steam for 20 mins on high flame.

Remove and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate it for an hour and then cut into pieces. Serve chilled.
