Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 cupflour
  2. 3 tbspsugar
  3. 1large egg yolk
  4. 1 packetinstant yeast
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1 cuplukewarm milk
  7. 3/4 cuplukewarm water
  8. 225 gbutter (for roll and fold)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add sugar to flour

  2. 2

    Beat egg yolk and add to above

  3. 3

    Add yeast and salt. Mix

  4. 4

    Make a dough with milk and water. Leave it to rise

  5. 5

    Roll out the dough into square. Grate butter and sprinkle corn flour. dummy fold with corn flour allow it to rise in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Cut into 2. Roll out into rectangle and cut into triangles. Put sugar and roll like a croissants.

  7. 7

    Leave it to rise. Once it has rised brush with egg wash

  8. 8

    Bake. And dust icing sugar
