Method
In a pan heat ghee
Add the wheat flour
Roast slowly on a slow flame till the flour changes colour to reddish brown
Add the almond powder
Add soonth and pidimooth
Add elaichi powder
Switch off gas - 2
Add finely chopped or mashed jaggery
Mix well till no lumps remain and all Ingredients are in sync with one another
Let it cool down - 3
Cut into square or diamond shaped peices
Store in an airtight container
Refrigeration is NOT required
Remains good for at least 10 days
Note
You can garnish with finely chopped almonds too instead of using crushed almond powder
