Ingredients

30mins
3-4 people
  1. 2-3potatoes
  2. 2_3 tbsp gram flour
  3. 1_2 tbsp rice flour
  4. 1/2 tbspsalt
  5. Oil

Steps

30mins
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes. Cut and dip in salted water for few mins.

  2. 2

    Strain all the water and add gram and rice flour in it.

  3. 3

    Add oil in pan and preheat it.

  4. 4

    Fry potato fingers till its colour is brownish.

  5. 5

    Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
