  • Tortillas
  • Yellow corn tortillas
  • Vegetable oil
  • Chicken
  • Shredded chicken
  • Tajín [chili lime seasoning]
  • Vegetable oil
  • Beans
  • Black beans
  • Broth- V8 Juice, chicken broth, white wine vinegar, olive oil
  • Parsley flakes
  • Picó
  • Tomatoes
  • Purple onion
  • Corn
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Course salt
  • OPT: Jalapeños

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice & Dice salsa ingredients and mix in a bowl

  2. 2

    Cook beans in broth at high heat after broth is made

  3. 3

    Prepare shredded chicken and crispen in pan with vegetable oil

  4. 4

    Fry tortillas as needed in vegetable oil

  5. 5

    Create your tacos with all ingredients, add salsas on top if desired.
