Steps

Boil & deseed the Amla.

Peel the cardamom & make powder.

In a pan add sugar n water.. & cook on low flame for 2 mins.

Then add cardamom powder, saffron,salt, haldi & black pepper powder.. cook till the sugar dissolves.

Then add amla & mix well.
- 6
Cook it on low flame.Sprinkle some cardamom powder on top. let it cool.

Enjoy with parathas.
