Machha manji bhaja is a famous odia style fritter cooked fresh fish roe. We odias can have each and every part of fish and even tiny fish eggs or roe for that matter! Fritters are prepared with Fish roe often which is known as machha manji bhaja.

Machha manji bhaja is a famous odia style fritter cooked fresh fish roe. We odias can have each and every part of fish and even tiny fish eggs or roe for that matter! Fritters are prepared with Fish roe often which is known as machha manji bhaja.
Steps

Take a bowl and add 1cup fish eggs.

Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala (1/2 tsp each)

Add salt as needed and 1tsp rice flour. Mix everything well
- 4
Heat a tawa and add mustard oil for shallow frying.

Now take a spoon and pour the the fish egg mixture to make fritters.

Fry till both sides turn golden brown and cooked properly from inside.

Take the fritters out of the oil and place on a tissue paper.

Serve hot with rice
