  1. 250 GMsridge gourd (peeled and cut into pieces)
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tsp chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp jeera
  7. Handfulfresh chopped coriander leaves
  8. 200 GMsboiled chana dal
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric

  1. 1

    In a pan pour oil, jeera, onion, ginger + garlic padte sauté ot well, add tomatoes, curry leaves, salt to taste, turmeric sauté it well again then add ridge gourd

    Let it cook well then add boiled chana dal for 15 mints in low flame

    Finally add coriander leaves
