Fried rice out of the ordinary fried rice y'all know.. Tossed in the midst of crunchy spicey and tastey veggies to take care of your cravings 😍😍

Marinate the chicken with Salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, curry, thyme, diced onions, ginger /garlic and bring to a boil till the chicken absorbs the spices.. Boil until soft and set aside

Pour basmati rice into a bowl and wash thoroughly.. Then boil the chicken broth and soak in the washed basmati Rice(reason is the rice doesn't take long to get soft.. So you have to be careful so it doesn't get too soft)

Allow to boil so the rice can absorb the spices and be tastey on its own

In a wide sauce pan put margarine, allow to melt, add diced onions, and the diced liver and allow to fry for 3minutes stirring continuously

Add spices and mix thoroughly stirring continuously

Break eggs and add a pinch of salt.. Pour in a non stick pan for best result and start stirring till egg batter start to dry into small lumps and set aside

Add the scrambled eggs into the rice mixture and gently mix to evenly spread the yummy eggs

I always sprinkle some sesame oil to maintain the aroma and stick to my own taste.

Finally, Fry the boiled chicken till its crunchy and golden brown ✌️
