Ingredients

  • 1/2small pumpkin
  • 1small cup bean sprouts
  • 1small cup straw mushrooms
  • Seasonings, green onions, cilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the pumpkin, bean sprouts, and mushrooms. Slice the pumpkin thinly. Heat oil in a pan and sauté green onions until fragrant, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry. Add the pumpkin and continue to stir-fry. Stir well, and when the pumpkin is tender, season to taste.

    Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly, then turn off the heat. Sprinkle with pepper, green onions, and cilantro on top.
