Ingredients

2 tinsbaked beans
1onion
2 rashersbacon
Handfulfresh parsley
1 tbspmedium curry powder
Dashsugar

Finely dice and fry onion and chopped bacon in a little oil

Add curry powder and a small dash of sugar and fry until the spices are fragrant.

Add tinned beans to the curry paste and stir together on a low heat

Once cooked through stir in finely chopped parsley and serve as a bbq side
