Steps

Place black eyed beans in a pot. Cover with water. Soak for at least few hours or overnight. Drain and rinse peas under cold water. Cook with enough water and bring to a boil until peas are almost tender. Add a teaspoon of salt. Once tender, remove pot from the heat. Drain water.

Take one Pan add oil and add onion fry until it's Brown then add crush chili turmeric powder and garam masala

Then add tomato dhania green chilli and fry well then added black eyed beans cooked 10 mins on slow heat

Take Pan add water 4 cups adding salt and lemon juice come to boil then wash rice add in the pan and bring 70 % rice to boiled then take strainer removed all water..

Biryani process :adding same rice add the black eyed beans curry then all rice add and half cup oil and lemon juice.. 10 mins keep on slow heat... Ready biriyani enjoy yourself..
