Ingredients

  1. 3plums, destoned and chopped
  2. Generous pinch of ground ginger - or 1-2 tsp grated ginger
  3. Generous pinch of ground cardamom
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 1/2-1 tbspwater
  6. Optional: maple syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the plums in a pan (that has a lid). Add everything else and put the lid on.

  2. 2

    Heat for about 5 mins until
    the plums are syrupy. Check the taste for spices and sweetness - add more spice/ maple syrup as needed.
