2 packfajita spaghetti
1 tbspnSalt
2 tbspnOil
Water as required
1packet+1 tbspn fajita seasoning
1Onion sliced
2 cupboneless Chicken
2 cupsCabbage sliced
2 cupCapsicum sliced
2Carrots sliced
1 cupTomatoes paste
1 tbspnGarlic chopped
1 tbspnfresh coriander chopped
1 tspSalt
1/2 CupOil
2 cupsWater
1 cupCheddar cheese

In a pot add water, salt and bring it to a boil. Add Mario's spaghetti cook till tender. Strain under cold running water and add 1-2 tbspn oil to spaghetti, mix and set aside.

In a pan heat oil, add chopped garlic and fry for a minute.

Add chicken and fry for 30 seconds.

Add Mario's recipe mix full sachet and 1 tbspn seasoning and tomato paste, mix it.

Add 1 tsp salt and 1&1/4 cup water, bring it to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Add Vegetables and mix well.

Now add boiled spaghetti mix well.

Add cream and cheese mix well cook for a minute.

Add chopped coriander mix.
