Ingredients

30 minutes
10-15 servings
  • 1 lbwhite American cheese (use yellow in want instead of white)
  • 1large jalapeño diced (remove seeds for heat)
  • 1/4 cupdiced sweet onion
  • 3-4for small sweet tomatoes diced
  • 1 tbsolive oil
  • 1/2-1 cupmilk

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    On medium heat in a medium sauce pan sauté in olive oil, jalapeño and onion

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 cup milk and diced cheese, tomatoes and stir till all melts. Add extra milk if to thick! Enjoy with favorite dipping chips!
