Cooking Instructions

Rinse strawberries and cut of ends. Set aside 6 to 8 large strawberries in a mixing bowl.

Dice the rest of strawberries and set aside. Take the other strawberries and mush then. Add sugar and water and mix.
- 3
Pour over diced strawberries and mix together. Place pound cake on plate strawberries and sprinkle some juice on cake. Add topping and enjoy!

I love strawberry cake and this is my favorite recipe. The icing is very sweet so this is why I bake it in a 13 by 9 inch pan so there is only icing on the top and it doesn't overwhelm the cake. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
