Cooking Instructions

Cut the watermelon into pieces. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and slice it into large strips.

Quarter the tomatoes. Peel the garlic clove and remove the central sprout to reduce sharpness. Quarter the onion.

Add all the ingredients except the olive oil to your blender or food processor. Blend for a couple of minutes until smooth.

Slowly pour in the olive oil through the lid opening while blending, until the mixture emulsifies.

In a skillet, sauté the diced serrano ham.

Chill the gazpacho, then serve in glasses topped with a little serrano ham.
