Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 1/2Piel de Sapo melon (or other green-fleshed melon)
  2. 1small cucumber
  3. 1/4onion
  4. 1small garlic clove
  5. Apple cider vinegar
  6. Salt
  7. Extra virgin olive oil
  8. 1/2green bell pepper
  9. Toasted bread
  10. Diced ham

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the skin from the melon. In a blender, add the chopped melon, green bell pepper, garlic, onion, cucumber, and salt.

    Blend until completely smooth.

    Add a generous amount of olive oil and some apple cider vinegar, then blend again. Add a few pieces of toasted bread and blend once more. Taste and adjust salt and vinegar as needed. Serve topped with diced ham.
