In a bowl add gram flour,salt, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, rice flour, baking soda mix it properly and then gradually add water in mix until no lumps in it. Then add onion, coriander leaves, green chillies mix it very well

Now heat oil and fry pakora on medium to high flame until golden brown in color then sprinkle chaat masala and serve with ketchup and ketchup and chai.

Note if you want pakora more crispy so add this method also:
On the when pakora is 50% done cut it from center and fry until fully cooked and golden brown in color....
