Can mix all the ingredients together except water. Now add water little at a time as required.

We are looking for a batter that is slightly loose, so it is easy to drop small droplets in the oil just by shaking fingers. Heat oil to the sizzling point (taste it by adding a drop of batter in it. The drop should sizzle and float right away.) Take some batter on your fingers and drop it into small chunks in the oil. Fry on medium flame till they are golden and crunchy.

Serve hot with onion, lemon and fried chillies. You may squeeze the lemon over the bhajiya and then eat. Yummm. Have a glass of chhash to balance the heat from garlic.
