  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tbsbesan
  • 2 tbsgreen coriander
  • 2 tbsmint leaves chopped
  • 2green chilies chopped

    Mix all chopped ingredients in minced beef. Mixed it well then add dry spices and chickpeas flour. For binding.
