Ingredients

  • Feta, cut into small chunks
  • Watermelon, cut into small chunks
  • Basil leaves or mint leaves, rolled and cut
  • Pumpkin seeds - toasted or left untoasted
  • Some lemon juice

    Put the feta and melon and basil or mint leaves on the serving plate.

    Squeeze a little lemon juice over the salad and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
