Ingredients

  2. 2 cupssugar
  3. Half cup milk
  4. 2 teaspoonscream
  5. 1 fourth tsp cardamom powder

    First take three cups freshly grated coconut into a large kadai

  2. 2

    Add 2 Cup sugar and half cup milk

  3. 3

    Mix well on medium flame until sugar dissolves completely

  4. 4

    Now add 2 spoons of cream. Continue to cook on medium flame

  5. 5

    The mixture starts to thicken after 20 minutes.

    After 25 minutes coconut mixture will start to separate from the pen.

  7. 7

    Now add one-fourth tsp cardamom powder and mix well.

  8. 8

    Transfer the prepared dough into a greased plate

  9. 9

    Now unmold and cut into pieces

  10. 10

    Sar coconut burfi
