Ingredients

2-3 hours
8-10 servings
  • 2 Cupsmaida Cooking Butter
  • 1/4 cupunsalted
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 tspYeast
  • 1/4 cupBrown sugar
  • 1 tbsCinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cupMilk warm
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbsp.oil

Steps

2-3 hours
  1. 1

    First ready the ingredients now Mix maida butter if salted not add to salt, yeast normal sugar.

  2. 2

    Mix this ingredient in mada and knead the dough with the warm milk dough should be sticky dont worry.

  3. 3

    Knead it 5-7 minutes nicely now it won't sticky. Apply oil on the dough and cover it. Keep it in a warm place.

  4. 4

    I kept it in the off microwave because it is a nice warm place and ferment the dough for 2 hours or double in size.

    Now after 2 hours take the dough punch itand roll in to rectangular shape 1/2 cm thick and 15 cm to long.

    Now apply butter on all the rolled sheet mix brown sugar and cinnamon spread all over it nicely
     
    keep spare one tsp of brown sugar and cinnamon to spread ready cinnamon rolls on it.

  7. 7

    Apply water last edge on it so stick the rolls it will not oper at the baking time.

  8. 8

    Now roll the sheet safely and lightly to make a log of it. Now cut 1" thick rolls with a sharp knife and place them on a greased baking tray. With a gap of 1cm.

  9. 9

    Now again put the baking tray in a warm place for 1-/1/1/2 hours it will again be in big size.

  10. 10

    After 1/1/2 -2hours preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes and place the baking tray for 10-15 minutes. If not light brown again keep for 5 minutes.

  11. 11

    My oven takes 15 -20 minuts because of voltage after 10 minutes check it in the meanwhile.

  12. 12

    After switch off Keep it in the oven for 10 minutes to make it a nice color. Take out and spread the mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon.

    Yummy Cinnamon rolls are ready to Serve to enjoy with your family. I got 12 rolls. Thanks.
