It is an unique white peas based curry chaat recipe made with chopped tomatoes, onions, boiled potatoes and green chilli. It is a popular chaat recipe or street food and I learnt it from a street vendor outside my school
Steps

Wash and Soak dry matar in water for 8 hours. Then transfer it in a pressure cooker and add salt and pressure cook till 7-8 whistles. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.

Wash peel and chop onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves. Chop boiled potato. Soak tamarind in hot water for 15 minutes. Then mash it thorougly.

Transfer boiled peas in a serving bowl. Add chana masala and all other masala ingredients. Add tamarind pulp and mix.

Now add all chopped vegetables and mix well. Squeeze a lemon juice and mix well.

Serve with naan or Kulcha.
