It's my favourite childhood food, mu mother used to deep fry the pedlis in ghee I recreated it by not frying and bakingt the bhakris and made the ladoos
Steps

Mix all the ingredients of dough and make a very tight dough. Now roll it round keeping it little thick like paratha and prick it with a fork or knife on both sides

Now bake the bhakri on tawa on low to medium flame till golden brown

After the bhakris are cool down, grind it in a mixture

Now in a kadai cook the ghee and jaggery till the jaggery melts completely

Add almonds, And cardamom powder to the grinded bhakri mixture and add the melted jaggery mixture also and mix it well

Now make laddoos of Your desired size from the mixture.
Yummy churma ladoo is ready.
