Mix chopped chicken breasts with spices and olive oil and marinate them for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and chop the zucchini and mushrooms to bigger pieces.

If you use wooden skewers put them in cold water for 30 minutes. They will be soaked and will not start burning in the oven.

Then impale meat and veggies alternately on skewers. Add salt and few drops of olive oil at the top. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Serve with your favourite side dish or enjoy as it is. Bon appétit 😋
