Steps

Take pateli with 3 tbsp oil.

Pre heat oil and add cloves, green cardomom,black pepper,small cardomom.

Make it saute for 1 minute.

Add onion and makes it brown fried.

When onions becomes crispy brown fried.

Take out from oil and chopped well.

Take out its excess oil from paper towel.

Blend one cup yougutt and onion into blender.

Blend smoothly.

Add ginger garlic paste and mutton.

Make it saute for at least 5 minutes.

Once mutton color change

Add onion yogurt blend paste.

Add all spices.

Let it cook for 30 minutes at medium flame.

Cover the lid.

Check after 30 minutes.

It must be half cooked.

Add chopped almonds.

After adding almomds,when oil separates from corner.

Place pateli at high flame.

Make it one complete boil and serve with julienne cut ginger.
