  • 100 mlolive oil
  • 100 mllemon juice

    Rub the garlic onto both sides of your steak.

  2. 2

    Cover your steak on both sides with olive oil and lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Let you steak marinade for at least 30mins before braaing.

  4. 4

    Enjoy.
