Baked Seekh kabab with tomatoes

I was checking today’s feed, and Thinking what to cook. By our beloved @cook_16863868 Sadaf Abdul Karim’s recipe came in front of me Seekh kabab masala. I took out my beef chunk defrost it and made qeema in chopper. I marinate it with her recipe and added my green masala and onions too. I followed her cooking style of tomatoes. I fried half way and then out it in the oven for baking. It turned out so delicious and everyone enjoyed it.

In mince put all the ingredients: ginger garlic paste, seekh kabab masala, green masala and mix it well

In the mean while, Burn a coal on stove and put a small piece of slice inside the mince.

Once it gets burn put it inside and on the too of slice. And pour oil on it. Fumes will be released and immediately cover the pot.

Uncover it after 5 mins and shape it with seekh. First frying it by cover.

Then shift it into pre-heat oven 259 C in baking tray. Mean while, take a pan, pour oil, add tomatoes and mashed it then add onions, capsicum and chilies. Fry it and put on the top of kabab baking tray and again put it in the oven.

Bake it for 10-14 mins and then serve it with paratha and yogurt chutney.
