for 4 Large Salami Sandwiches
8 ozcream cheese, cold or room temp
1/4 cupfresh finely chopped green onion
1/4 cupfresh finely chopped dill
1garlic clove, pressed
8 slicessandwich bread (used any type of bread slices)
8-10 ozsalami (used any type of salami)
leavesgreen lettuce finely chopped as required
Thinly sliced cucumber as required

In a small bowl, combine 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup green onions, 1/4 cup dill, and press in 1 garlic clove. Mash herbs into the cream cheese until incorporated (This spread keeps well in the fridge for 3-5 days!)

Spread about 1-2 tblsp of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice.

Top with some cucumber, lettuce and about 6-8 pieces of salami, or to taste, now slap ’em together and enjoy!
