Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1/2 cupmargarine
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything together except oil and need to a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Roll the dough and cut into desired pieces. Heat oil then fry the mandazi.

  3. 3

    Serve with tea.
