Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 2 tspbaking powder
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 tspvanilla
  5. 1/2 cupmargarine
  6. 1/2 cupsugar
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 1 cupmilk
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix everything together except oil and need to a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Roll the dough and cut into desired pieces. Heat oil then fry the mandazi.

  3. 3

    Serve with tea.
