Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 1/4 cupcacao powder (doesn’t matter sweetened or not)
  • 3-4 tbspmaple syrup or honey
  • 1 pinchsea salt
  • 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/2 cupchia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cupunsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (or combination works too)

    In a small mixing bowl, add cacao powder, salt, maple syrup/honey. Stir and mix to combine.

  2. 2

    Add a little non-dairy milk little by little until a paste forms. Then add the remaining milk and stir smooth.

  3. 3

    Add in chia seeds little by little while stirring to combine.

  4. 4

    Separate into mini bowls of choice then cling wrap and chill over night. (Minimum 3 hours until it’s achieved pudding-like consistency)

  5. 5

    Serve chilled with desired toppings e.g fruits, whip cream, granola. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 4-5 days, though best when fresh.
