Just open the corn, pull back the husk, remove all skins.

Boil corns in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes, drain the corns.

Apply soft butter over whole corn.

Afterward, apply a thick coat of mayonnaise, sprinkle a few chopped coriander.

Now sprinkle red chilli flakes & garlic powder.

Sprinkle all over mozzarella grated cheese.

Squeeze lemon juice over each cob. (Note- you can use sweet corn also.
